FAQs

What's the travel situation?

You are responsible for getting yourself to Phoenix by 3:30pm on thursday Oct 8th. We will have transportation arranged to take you up to the property in Flagstaff. Everything from that point through Sunday morning departure is handled.

What should I bring?

A detailed list of what items you will need to bring based on the itinerary will be shared 2 weeks prior to event.

Is there a payment plan?

No. Full payment of $3,000 is required within 10 days of acceptance to secure your spot. This keeps the roster serious, men who've financially committed show up differently than men who haven't.

Whats the refund policy?

No refunds. Same policy as every serious event in this space. If something significant comes up, reach out directly, we'll handle it as humans, not policy documents.

Is my ticket transferable to a friend if I can no longer make it?

Yes, have your friend fill out an application and let us know you would like to transfer your ticket. If he is a good fit we will allow you to transfer it.

Can I stay in another hotel?

No. Everyone stays at the same location.

What about dietary restrictions?

If you receive the invite you will be sent a form where you can outline any dietary restrictions. All meals are high-protein and performance-focused, the chef can work around legitimate restrictions. The menu is built to fuel the weekend, not to impress a food critic.

How do I know if I got accepted?

If you're selected, you'll hear from us directly via email and Instagram before August 20th with next steps to secure your spot. Applications close August 15th. If you haven't heard from us by August 20th, your application was not selected for this cohort. You'll be the first notified when applications open for the next one.
