We aim to be very transparent about our pricing, keeping it honest and also simple to avoid complicated packages, added fees, or lengthy contracts. We believe in TWO primary things, which determined how we came up with our pricing structure and strategy. Those two things are VALUE and ACCOUNTABILITY.
The emphasis of value led to our pricing being slightly higher than some of our lower competitors online, due to our premium service, constantly accessible coaches, and extremely in-depth coaching systems.
And the emphasis on accountability led to our decision to eliminate any Paid in Full packages or offers, which are by far the most common way of charging clients for coaching companies. We believe this gives off a feeling of prioritizing the money over the clients success and experience. We also know, based on research, that people are more accountable when making smaller investments regularly compared to one large amount before the coaching engagement actually starts. And by us removing Paid in Full offers, we created more accountability for the client to adhere to the plan (as well as afford the coaching experience) and for the coach to perform their best (in other words; you won't continue paying if we aren't showing up and getting you results, and we like that kind of pressure to prove ourselves!).
With that said, our services are currently set at $297/month and $397/month, depending on which package you're signing up for. The packages we offer are Nutrition Coaching and All-Inclusive Coaching, which includes both Online Personal Training and Nutrition Coaching together.
Every client who is interested in working with the Lean and Lethal Project, will have the opportunity to speak with a coach at no charge. This is what we refer to as our "Discovery Call" and is a 30 minute meeting with a coach, 1-on-1, to help you make the right decision on which package to go with, as well as deciding if the Lean and Lethal Project is a good fit for you. We offer this at no charge and require it before anyone comes on board, as a way to be very open and honest with prospects, ensuring that nobody is making a purchasing decision that they're uncomfortable with or unsure about. Although providing a guarantee around results that can not be achieved without the clients full participation, which we can only influence (not totally control), yes - we do offer a conditional guarantee on your coaching experience with us and the results you'll achieve.
i.e. conditional guarantee means that you must meet the conditions in order for it to apply, which is a more honest and effective guarantee, that promotes a healthy route to achieving success, in our experience.

Yes, your nutrition plan and training program are built to fit your schedule, not the other way around. Whether you’re on the road, working long hours, or juggling kids’ activities, we adapt training and nutrition so you can make consistent progress without sacrificing life outside the gym.
You will have unlimited access to your coach, which means the frequency of communication you’ll have with your coach ultimately depends on how often you need your questions answered and support to keep you accountable!
Every single week you will have a formal check in with your coach that allows you to reflect on your week, report back with specific metrics being tracked, and get feedback directly from your coach on what’s going well, what could be improved, and what’s being adjusted to continue your progress moving forward into the proceeding weeks.
This check in, however, isn’t limited to that touch point alone! It often will build into a coaching conversation that continues to provide you more support and answers to your questions, at times carrying on throughout the entire week if needed. But regardless, we have an open door policy which means that on any day, at any time, if you need something from your coach you just ask and we will be there as fast as we can to help provide you with the answers you need! We are known for the connections we make with our clients and we pride ourselves on the relationships developed inside our program.
Not necessarily. We can create programs for full gyms, home setups, or even bodyweight-only training depending on your access to equipment. It is highly recommended that you get access to a gym or have at a minimum a solid set of dumbbells and an adjustable bench to get started and make significant progress.
Most men start noticing changes in strength, energy, and body composition within 4–6 weeks, but lasting results depend on consistency and following the plan in order build the identity and mindset that keeps the results around.
Yes – we ask for a minimum commitment of 3 months. This is to ensure that you’re as serious as we are about achieving the results you want. 3 months is also the minimum timeframe because in our experience, it gives us enough time to create a great result AND deliver enough education to you, so that you can sustain the result after the fact.
This does not mean you pay for the entire 3 months up front. In fact, we encourage monthly payments and avoid paid in full options – this is uncommon, we know. Most companies prefer to get it all up front, so that they’re guaranteed the money right away! But we care more about the result and less about the financial price it costs to be successful.
We also know that, based on research, you will be more accountable by making monthly payments. This is because the recurring bill continues to provide you accountability, whereas the accountability from an upfront payment wears off. This is even true in regards to the coach, too – they are held more accountable to coach at their best level, because their paycheck depends on your experience and results with them.
So truly – we avoid it because monthly recurring coaching is guaranteed, and backed by science, to provide better results to the individual we’re working with, compared to paid in full coaching packages that are commonly seen online.
We will also be upfront with you in your initial call, letting you know whether or not you will be able to achieve your goal in the 3 month period. If it requires more time, we will openly and honestly communicate that to you so that you have full transparency from us and clarity within your mind on what it’s going to take to get you to your goal.
We don’t sell cookie-cutter programs, overhyped supplements, or trendy bullshit. You’ll get less automation, more human relation, real coaching, accountability, and communication with someone who understands your goals and invests in your success. All of our coaches are certified and continue to expand their knowledge daily.
Failures in the past often come from unsustainable plans, lack of accountability, or no clear strategy or goals. We address all three. You’ll have a tailored program you can realistically follow, the skills to maintain results, and a coach in your corner every step of the way. This isn't some cookie cutter program where we toss you a PDF and send you on your way. We will work with you 1:1 every week to implement the right systems, make the proper adjustments and hold you accountable to make sure you not only reach your goals, but that you become the man you need to. be in order to maintain them for the rest of your life.
